Location: Liverpool, availability to travel around The North West required

Full-time | Permanent

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

 

About the Role:

You’ll play a key role in supporting multiple commercial contracts, carrying out essential maintenance tasks across a variety of client sites. From day-to-day repairs to planned preventative maintenance, you’ll help keep our clients’ buildings safe, functional, and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities:

• General building repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)

• Reactive and planned maintenance

• Supporting and liaising with contractors and clients

• Working independently across multiple commercial properties

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a maintenance or facilities role

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrics, and general building repairs Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude  Excellent time management and communication

• Full driving licence (essential)
